TECHNICAL INTRODUCTION
The nuclear pore membrane gas conditioning preservation technology is a pure physical preservation technology. It uses the special properties of the nuclear pore membrane to spontaneously adjust the gas composition in the fresh-keeping box to reduce the respiration rate of fruits and vegetables. It can also discharge undesirable metabolites such as ethylene, avoid condensation in the box, and prevent microorganisms from entering, so as to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables and maintain the original taste and quality. Preparation of nuclear pore membrane: The full name of nuclear pore membrane is nuclear track etched microporous membrane, also known as nuclear microporous membrane, heavy ion microporous membrane, etc. It uses high-energy heavy ions accelerated by heavy ion accelerator to bombard the film, forming nearly continuous atomic defects, namely latent tracks, in the polymer film, and then uses a specific chemical solution that is sensitive to the latent track area and not very sensitive to the bulk material to etch the film, expanding the nanoscale track damage area to through holes of tens of nanometers to tens of microns. Such a membrane is a nuclear pore membrane.
